Refund policy


We currently do not offer refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for an exchange, or store credit.  The physical item must be unworn, unwashed and in the physical state in which you received them including all original tags intact, bags, and free of defects. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please Ship back with recorded delivery as packages often go missing, and we aren't held responsible for non- tracked items. 


In the event that your item is faulty, a full refund will be made once we receive the item back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless items are faulty.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
