A New Chapter, Rooted in Nature
MariaGulina is relaunching with a clear intention: to create clothing that does as little harm as possible. That means all-natural fabrics, small production runs, and a seasonless approach to fashion that puts longevity over trends.
All-Natural Fabrics
We are moving to an entirely natural fabric range — materials that are kinder to your skin, kinder to the planet, and chosen with care. Natural fibres breathe, age beautifully, and biodegrade. We believe what touches your body should come from the earth, not a factory chemical process.
We are committed to sourcing fabrics that are as close to their natural state as possible, with the least harmful processing — and we will always be transparent about what goes into our pieces.
Small Runs, Less Waste
We produce in small runs — intentionally. Overproduction is one of fashion's greatest harms, and we want no part in it. Each collection is made in limited quantities, which means less waste, more thoughtfulness in every piece, and a closer connection between what we make and what is actually needed.
When something sells out, it may not come back. That's not a marketing tactic — it's a commitment to making only what matters.
Seasonless & Slow
We don't follow the fashion calendar. Our pieces are designed to be worn across seasons, across years — not tied to a trend cycle that encourages you to buy more and discard faster. Seasonless design means you can reach for a MariaGulina piece in January or July and feel equally at home in it.
We are slow fashion, proudly. We'd rather you own one piece you love deeply than five you forget about.
Wear It Well, Keep It Longer
The most sustainable garment is the one already in your wardrobe. Here's how to care for your natural fabric pieces so they last:
- Wash gently in cold water — natural fibres are delicate
- Air dry rather than tumble dry to preserve shape and texture
- Spot clean where possible to reduce washing frequency
- Store with care — folded or hung depending on the fabric
- Follow the care label on each garment
Our Commitment Going Forward
This relaunch is the beginning of a deeper commitment. We are a small, independent brand and we take every decision seriously — from the fabric we choose to the quantities we produce. We will continue to share our journey openly, because we believe accountability is part of sustainability too.
Thank you for being here at the start of this new chapter. We're making it for you — and for the world you live in.
